Something completed unexpected is Clarity Unruffled Cocktails created by Twisted Lemon Restaurant. These clear, aromatic, well-balanced drinks can be enjoyed in the restaurant, or you can buy them to take home, either individually or in flights to enjoy with friends and family. Thanks to liquid alchemy and a clarification method using whole milk, which dates back nearly three centuries, they are a refined clear cocktail for the times.

Concession Road Brewing is Haldimand’s first micro-brewery and taproom in the Old Firehall at the corner of Highway 3 & Highway 6 in Jarvis, Ontario. They opened their doors in February 2018 with only 3 beers on tap and now have 11 rotating taps serving everything from light to dark & seltzers to sours.  The taproom plays host many events such as “Pints & Punchlines” the hilarious monthly comedy show, weekly trivia nights, live music, date nights, and more.
